Ron K. C. Cheng teaches a variety of CAD and other software courses at the Industrial Center of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a well established and successful author, having written both Using Autodesk Inventor R3 & now R6, as well as having revised our MDT book origanally done by Dan Banach, Maximizing Mechanical Desktop R6.
But on both the flap and within the pages of the book, Eisenberg mentions naught of Kurt Russell's and Kevin Costner's more nuanced, fallible portrayals - not to mention Harris Yulan's villainous, contemptible creep in the '60's risible DOC. I highly recommend this book to anyone, although I suppose it will appeal more to women than to men. Along the way you'll learn about the history of Christianity in Japan. This one slim paperback has brought me more understanding of the Japanese people--particularly of those who are Christian by heritage--than a college education did, and that was all in the first few chapters.
Some may feel that Glynn's tone sounds preachy or naive. Earp dies and is carried to his grave by some prominent pallbearers - yet no mention is made of Josephine's whereabouts in all of this - nor where the casket came to final rest.
