All he knows are information through magazine articles that have been published and read many times before. The book discusses types of diseases that result from gluten intolerance --celiac disease, leaky gut syndrome, and autoimmune disease. The scholarship never leaves the reader gasping for air. I highly recommend this book. This book needs an adult to discuss and possibly explain the references. The newer books aren't as good as the original 18 but thi
