Arlen Keith Leight, Ph.D., is a diplomate of the American Board of Sexology, a board-certified clinical sexologist and licensed psychotherapist. He received his B.A. in psychology from The Johns Hopkins University, his M.S.W. from The Catholic University of America, his psychodynamic psychotherapy training from The American University, and his Ph.D. from Maimonides University. Dr. Leight is a Clinical Social Worker and Sex Therapist in private practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and founder of One Broward Marriage Counseling for Men. Dr. Leight has written and lectured extensively on the topics of gay male intimacy, dating, and human connections and relationships, and has served on the faculty of several universities.

I read "Sex Happens" with great personal interest. He borrows from long-time Earp critic's such as Steve Gatto, who edits a web-site that is highly critical of Wyatt Earp. He has so much that is positive to say about almost everyone he came into contact with in what is a notoriously sleezy business that I began to wonder if he was just trying to be inoffensive. This book is by the man who revolutionized bread baking and it is excellent. The book is very "world-building," as one friend put it. Now I have the knowledge to create my own recipes as well as the ability to decide whether the recipes in other cookbooks are really good for me or not!! There are a lot of diet cookbooks out there that have recipes that aren't really good for you, but just prey on people who want to lose weight and just want to be told what to do.
