I had a little trouble with one of the sliders hanging up about 1/8" from the end, but that's relatively minor given how many moving parts there are in this book. Another commentator on this book said that he might not have bought this book but it is very well written and drew him in when I asked him to read it. Composer. His explanation as to why gluten wasn’t a real concern until the beginning of the XIX century is very convincing.
He advises you not to self-diagnose, but rather to pay attention to the signs your body sends: you still need to schedule a doctor’s appointment before knowing for sure if you have some kind of gluten intolerance.
He explains the myths behind gluten and he doesn’t hold back any information. But wait, Jim, maybe he's not, you know, implying anything.
