I read the 1st edition of Brand Sense and I loved it. You can't teach in the traditional way because kids can't become problem-solvers if you do, blah blah blah. I am exceedingly fond of the matter, I know that to understand the present one absolutely MUST devote serious attention to the past.. Her politics stem from her practical upbringing such as "live within your means". My analysis of Romance Literature continues and Sandra Brown disappoints once again. Anyways, that being said, I loved this book and Amazon's price makes it that much easier to love! I know people are saying the written parts of the book suck- but I bought the book mainly for the photos of Steve w/ his airplanes, old toys, VonDutch items etc. My Father, who never had more than a 7th grade education enjoyed reading the life and works of C. The famous saying in Japan is "In Nagasaki, they pray; in Hiroshima, they are angry." After you read this book I think you'll understand why. I do wish though that there were more
